Winsan City, in South China, is a 2,800,000 sf development comprised of 5 residential condominium towers, 2 office towers, and a multi-storey retail base which knits the project into one integrated community. An open plaza with large reflective pools lined with multinational flags adorns the commerce frontage of the project. A more secluded landscaped court at the other end of the site serves as the residential front entrance.
