Winbourne Park, Ajax, Ontario

This retirement residence is located in the Town of Ajax and on an adjacent site to the existing Winbourne Park long term care facility. The 5 storey residence will have 132 residences ranging from studio units to 2-bedroom units. All units are designed with accessibility in mind. Each unit has an in-suite storage room and a kitchenette. Each floor has its own personal laundry room. Common areas are generally located on the main floor. A large well appointed dining room serves three meals a day with flexible dining times.
